During my work at STC (integral), I had the chance to participate in the launch of Jawwy TV as one of the important digital projects for STC and during this time I took part in the branding adventure from scratch by creating different types of guidelines (user interface, interactions, functions, and behaviors) and product strategy covering different areas (timeline - resources - budget) following the agile methodology dividing projects into small sprints working closely with different stakeholders and in parallel, I was leading the Dowry plus application updates and the new requirements and functionalities for it.
Leading the UI & UX guidelines, concepts, user journey, and scenarios for different platforms (web – Android - IOS) for Dawri Plus & Jawwy TV.
Leading team of 6 designers (2 design seniors UX) (1 design senior ui/ interactions) (2 graphic designers)
Build guidelines to cover (UI, Interactions, Functions, and Behaviors) and implement them across all digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media channels. to ensure consistency and a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
Leading the design reviews from the UI &UX perspectives with the stakeholders and the developers making sure that is followed by the guidelines and the user flows.
Managing the work process following agile methodology and managing sprints and deadlines between the design team and the other stakeholders (developers / business owners/project management/marketing).
Leading the usability tests by creating high-fidelity prototypes with different software and interviewing the users to identify usability issues and improve the overall user experience and use feedback to iterate and improve the product.
Manage the design process between the design team and different teams ( Project management -Development -Marketing - Content - Translation)
Comparing the user experience of our product and services with the competitors and Identify areas where we have an advantage and areas where we could improve.
Translating the insights gained from the analysis team to improve the user experience of your product/service by Implementing changes that will enhance usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
