At Alfuttaim, I worked on a challenging e-commerce startup with 4 brands simultaneously. Designing an E-commerce system for diverse markets such as cosmetics, fashion, furniture, and electronics was a challenge, especially creating a design system that could cater to the unique needs of each market while maintaining consistency and brand identity. Ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms proved to be another hurdle. However, with my team's expertise and dedication, we overcame these challenges and delivered exceptional results to our customers.
Lead and oversee the development of user-centered digital design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and adherence to best practices.
work closely with other members of the design team, such as graphic designers, UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure that the final product meets the requirements of the stakeholders.
Conduct user research, design thinking workshops, and usability testing to inform design decisions, improve user experience, and increase user engagement.
Facilitate stakeholders’ product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that digital design aligns with overarching brand and marketing objectives
Collaborate with developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately and troubleshoot issues that arise during development.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital design, and share knowledge with the team to improve design quality and innovation.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain project schedules.
Managing the design process between the design team and different teams ( Project management -Development -Marketting - Content - Translation)
Mentor and coach junior designers on design principles, user research, and digital design techniques.
